As a Business Development Manager within the industrial and manufacturing sector, you'll focus on driving sales and building strong client relationships with OEMs and industrial end-users while driving sales and strategy.

Description
Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive growth.
Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations.
Monitor market trends to identify potential areas for expansion.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients effectively.
Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress.
Profile
Proven experience in business development, new business generation or B2B sales within an engineering-related sector.
Strong knowledge of industrial manufacturing, engineered products, construction systems or architectural metalwork.
Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines, sales activity, KPIs and forecasts.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Experience in managing client relationships and delivering results.
Strategic thinking with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Knowledge of market trends in the industrial or manufacturing industry.
