? Hybrid | North London & City ? £50,000 - £60,000 + Commission ? Monday - Friday | 35 Hours | Flexitime Love networking, opening doors and turning conversations into opportunities? We're partnering with a highly respected professional services firm looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager to help drive growth, generate new business and build long-term client relationships. This is a visible, people-facing role where you'll work closely with senior stakeholders, represent the business at events and play a key part in winning new clients.

What You'll Be Doing

• Generating and qualifying new business opportunities
• Networking at events, conferences and industry functions
• Running discovery meetings with prospective clients
• Building relationships with referrers and key contacts
• Introducing opportunities to senior stakeholders and specialist teams
• Working closely with Marketing on campaigns and events
• Managing pipeline activity and CRM records
• Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities

What You'll Need

• Proven business development or sales experience within professional services
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Experience generating and converting qualified leads
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
• CRM experience and a commercially minded approach
• A proactive, energetic personality with plenty of drive
