Who We Are Looking For
You don't need prior software experience to break into SaaS here. We are just looking for transferable sales experience to become an elite BDR/SDR SaaS professional. The backgrounds of current high-performers includes ex-recruiters, estate agents, car sales executives, and home improvement salespeople. Telesales and other proven sales people are encouraged to apply.
A proven background in a target-driven sales environment.
Resilience, high energy, and a passionate desire to overachieve.
The work ethic to hit the ground running: making 30 fully researched outbound calls and aiming for 2 closed deals a day.
