Business Analyst

Property and construction organisation based in London.

Description

Support the organisation in adopting new systems or processes effectively.Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from key stakeholders.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to capture current and future business needs.

Produce business requirements documents, process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.

Support business transformation, process improvement, and systems implementation projects.

Collaborate with project managers, technology teams, and business stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and enhance user experience.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and defect management.

Assist with change management activities, stakeholder engagement, and project communications.

Translate business requirements into practical and effective solutions.

Profile

A successful Business Analyst should have

1-4 years' experience as a Business Analyst or within a similar change, project, or process improvement role.

Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Experience creating process maps and analysing business workflows.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business areas.

Exposure to business transformation, digital transformation, or systems implementation projects.

Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.

Experience within property, construction, housing, infrastructure, engineering, or related sectors is advantageous.

Job Offer

A salary ranging from £40,000 to £55,000, dependent on the level of experience.

A permanent position based in London.
