An experienced Business Analyst is required for an interim role supporting a major housing improvement programme. You will assess current processes, gather requirements, and drive improvements to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and outcomes.

Description
Gather and document business requirements across housing services.
Work closely with Programme Managers to support delivery of improvement initiatives.
Analyse existing processes and identify efficiencies and service enhancements.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
Create process maps, business cases, and functional specifications.
Support implementation of system and service changes.
Track benefits realisation and programme outcomes.
Ensure alignment with regulatory and service standards.
Provide data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
Profile
Proven experience in analysing and improving business processes within the public sector.
Strong understanding of technology and its application in service transformation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in creating process documentation and business cases.
A methodical approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
