Integration Business Analyst
West Midlands, Full-time, Permanent, Hybrid, Salary £45-55k
We’re recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an experienced Integration Business Analyst to join a growing professional services organisation, supporting the integration of acquired businesses and driving operational improvements.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong business analysis skills who enjoys working across business functions, improving processes and supporting technology and change initiatives.
The Role
Gather and document business requirements, translating business needs into practical solutions.
Analyse existing processes, identify gaps and recommend improvements.
Support the integration of acquired businesses, ensuring processes and systems align effectively.
Work closely with IT teams on systems integration, data migration and user acceptance testing.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across operational and technical teams.
Support change management, business readiness and training activities.
Monitor risks, dependencies and opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery.
About You
Proven experience as a Business Analyst within transformation, change or integration projects.
Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and analytical skills.
Confident working with a range of stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
Experience supporting technology implementations and business change.
Highly organised, detail-oriented and solution-focused.
Experience within professional services or another regulated environment would be advantageous, alongside exposure to mergers, acquisitions or data migration projects.
