This is a pivotal opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join a growing Digital Team and play a key role in an ambitious programme of digital transformation. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will lead complex analytical assignments, shape how change is scoped and delivered, and ensure that digital investment delivers measurable value. You will bring strong expertise across business analysis, requirements gathering, process improvement, systems and data, while helping to develop best practice across the wider organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead business analysis across complex digital transformation programmes.
Develop business cases, options appraisals and benefits frameworks.
Lead requirements gathering and process analysis for major system implementations.
Manage senior stakeholders, facilitate workshops and influence key decisions.
Analyse data and translate insights into clear recommendations.
Promote best-practice BA, developing standards and mentoring colleagues.
Key Requirements
5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within complex digital transformation programmes.
Strong experience developing business cases, options appraisals and benefits frameworks.
Proven experience leading end-to-end requirements analysis for major system implementations or upgrades.
Strong knowledge of BA methodologies, including requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with confidence working with senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience producing business cases, specifications and executive-level reports. Relevant degree or equivalent experience desirable.
