About the Role: As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with indirect tax compliance teams and technology partners, helping to deliver complex data solutions that ensure seamless reporting. Key Responsibilities

Support Indirect Tax Teams: Assist with data requests and extract information when standard reports fall short.

Data Analytics Management: Lead and deliver impactful data analytics projects.

Process Improvement: Automate and enhance existing workflows to minimise manual tasks.

Collaboration: Partner with technology teams to troubleshoot data warehouse issues and support upgrades.

Data Research: Conduct detailed analysis on large financial datasets, resolving any data quality concerns.

Optimise Data Operations: Implement innovative projects to streamline data processes.

Who We're Looking For

Basic Qualifications

• Relevant experience in analytics, financial systems, data engineering, or business intelligence.
• Proficiency in SQL, ETL, and handling large, complex datasets.
• Familiarity with indirect tax concepts and accounting principles.
• Strong communication skills to convey analytical findings to both business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GenAI tools to enhance and automate processes.
• Knowledge of programming languages like Python.
• Familiarity with AWS solutions such as EC2, S3, and Redshift.
• Capability in gathering business requirements and utilising business intelligence tools for data extraction and reporting.
