Based primarily on projects across the west of Edinburgh, you will take a key leadership role overseeing building services delivery across a diverse portfolio of schemes, including:

Education developments

Defence-sector infrastructure

Commercial construction projects

The Role

As Building Services Manager, you will be responsible for

Leading the coordination and delivery of all MEP services, with a strong focus on electrical packages

Managing subcontractors and specialist supply chain partners to ensure programme, quality, and safety standards are met

Working closely with project and commercial teams to drive best practice and value engineering solutions

Providing technical leadership across the lifecycle of projects-from pre-construction through to handover

This role will see you operating as a key figure within the delivery team, influencing both outcomes and culture on site.

About You

Come from a strong electrical background - ideal

Have a proven track record delivering building services on large-scale projects

Are comfortable working in Tier 1 or similarly structured main contractor environments

Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
