An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Sales Negotiator / Estate Agent / Branch Manager to join a well-established company, providing estate agency.
The successful candidate will be involved in residential property sales, working with clients from the initial instruction through the sales process and helping to ensure a smooth and professional service.
This is a full-time permanent position offering a competitve salary, depending on experience.
Taking instructions and preparing residential properties for sale
Looking after clients throughout the property transaction
Discussing and negotiating offers with buyers and sellers
Agreeing suitable dates for entry
Completing relevant sales administration and documentation
Carrying out accompanied property appointments
Developing positive working relationships with clients and colleagues
Identifying opportunities to introduce other relevant company services
Assisting customers both within the branch and during property appointments
Following required compliance and company procedures
Previous estate agency experience is essential
Experience in a Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent, Branch Manager, Senior Sales Negotiator or similar property role
Knowledge of the Stirling area would be advantageous but is not essential
Full driving licence is essential
