The Role This is a hands-on Bookkeeper position where you'll take ownership of the day-to-day finance function within a successful SME. You'll be a trusted member of a close-knit team and play an important role in supporting the continued success of the business.

Your responsibilities will include

Day-to-day bookkeeping

Purchase and sales ledger

Bank reconciliations

VAT returns

Credit control

Cashflow monitoring

Month-end support

Maintaining accurate financial records

Working extensively with Xero

About You We're looking for someone who enjoys working within a smaller business where relationships matter and everyone contributes.

You'll ideally have

Solid bookkeeping experience gained within an SME environment

Strong working knowledge of Xero

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

The ability to work independently whilst being a collaborative team member

A proactive, trustworthy and dependable approach
