Red Recruitment is recruiting a Bookkeeper to join a growing business in Avonmouth. You'll help keep the finance function running smoothly by processing invoices, maintaining accurate records and liaising with suppliers, customers and accountants.

Benefits and Package for a Bookkeeper

Pay: £13.49 per hour

Hours: 38.75 hours per week, 8:30am-5:15pm

Location: Avonmouth, fully office-based

Contract: Temporary, with the potential to go permanent subject to business requirements

Start date: 12th October

Key Responsibilities of a Bookkeeper

Processing purchase and sales invoices

Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable

Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers

Liaising with suppliers, customers and internal and external accountants

Key Skills and Experience of a Bookkeeper

Previous bookkeeping and accounts payable experience is preferred

Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Good organisational and time-management skills

A proactive, professional approach to work
