As the Business Development Representative (BDR) Director - Delivery & Optimisation, you will be the strategic architect and commercial leader of our global outsourced sales engine. This isn't just about managing a contract; it’s about leading a high-performing, third-party BDR operation (currently based in Egypt) and integrating them seamlessly into Trustpilot’s global sales machine.
You will be accountable for the vision, performance, and scaling of this critical partnership. You’ll bridge the gap between our London HQ and our Egyptian partners, ensuring our outsourced teams aren't just a "service," but a powerhouse of lead generation and revenue contribution. What you'll be doing
Your day-to-day will involve a dynamic mix of strategic leadership and hands-on commercial optimisation:
Strategic Growth Leadership: Act as the primary commercial owner of our outsourced BDR partnership. You’ll align their roadmap with Trustpilot’s global growth ambitions, identifying new territories or functions where our partners can drive value.
Performance & Revenue Optimisation: You own the numbers. You’ll define and over-index on KPIs and SLAs to ensure the team exceeds targets in lead generation, outbound prospecting, and sales qualification.
Commercial & Operational Excellence: Lead the "business of the partnership." This includes high-level commercial negotiations, budget ownership, and ensuring we are getting maximum ROI from our investments.
