Job Description
A leading international law firm is looking for a Business Development Manager to support its Employment & Pensions practice group based in Scotland
This role will focus on delivering strategic marketing and business development initiatives, including client campaigns, pitches and proposals, events, sponsorships, client relationship management and profile-raising activity.
Key Responsibilities
Manage business development campaigns aligned with firm strategy.
Support proposals, tenders and client opportunities.
Assist with key client and panel relationship management.
Coordinate client events, webinars and sponsorship activity.
Prepare marketing materials, credentials and briefing documents.
Manage legal directory and awards submissions.
Work closely with partners and wider marketing and BD teams.
Monitor ROI and maintain CRM systems and reporting.
About You
Proven business development or marketing experience, ideally within legal or professional services.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive, collaborative and commercially aware.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and LinkedIn.
Qualifications
Graduate calibre with a recognised marketing or communications qualification (e.g. CIM) preferred.
