BD Manager - Real Estate

Business Development Manager – Real Estate

Shape the growth strategy of a leading international law firm.

We're partnering with a top-tier global law firm to recruit a Business Development Manager to support one of its highest-profile Real Estate practices. This is an opportunity to work closely with partners and senior stakeholders, driving strategic business development initiatives, strengthening key client relationships and helping to deliver ambitious growth plans across the UK and internationally.

You'll play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, managing strategic pursuits, leading bids and pitches, developing thought leadership campaigns and supporting key client accounts. Working across a collaborative global BD function, you'll influence senior stakeholders while helping to shape market-facing initiatives that deliver measurable commercial impact.

This role would suit an experienced Business Development professional from a legal or wider professional services environment who enjoys partnering with senior leaders, translating strategy into action and managing multiple high-profile projects. Real Estate sector experience would be advantageous, although not essential. Strong commercial awareness, excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels are key.

In return, you'll join a firm renowned for its collaborative culture, international reach and investment in career development, offering flexible hybrid working, excellent progression opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

At Norfolk Capsey, we are committed to ensuring an inclusive and accessible recruitment process for all candidates. If you have any specific requirements or need reasonable adjustments at any stage of the recruitment journey, please let us know. Your needs are important to us, and we want to ensure an equitable experience for every candidate.
