An exciting opportunity for a Business Development & Alumni Manager to join a leading law firm in London.
This newly created role offers a broad remit, combining business development, relationship management and ownership of the firm’s alumni programme. You’ll work closely with partners and senior stakeholders, helping to identify growth opportunities, strengthen relationships and deliver commercially focused BD initiatives.
The role
Lead and develop the firm’s alumni programme, including engagement, communications, events and relationship management.
Provide BD support to a portfolio of practice groups, including pitches, client targeting, directories, events and thought leadership.
Identify opportunities for collaboration, cross-selling and relationship development.
Work closely with partners and senior stakeholders to support strategic objectives.
About you
5+ years’ legal/professional services BD experience is required.
Strong commercial awareness and business development planning skills.
Confident and credible working with partners and senior stakeholders.
Excellent relationship-building, communication and organisational skills.
Alumni experience would be an advantage, but isn’t essential.
