Banking and Reconciliation Controller

We are looking for a Banking and Reconciliation Controller to join our team.
Possess knowledge of general accounting principles and workings of the banking systems
Demonstrate the required skill to perform detailed work accurately and promptly
Exemplify effective communication skills and ability to communicate professionally with others both verbally and in writing
Display problem-solving skill even under stressful conditions and deadlines • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Microsoft Word and Excel
Able to manage own time and that of others effectively You will also perform other duties, within the broad scope and spirit of your role, as requested by your manager.

What you’ll bring to the role
You will have or be working towards the following qualifications: AAT, ACCA or CIMA
Strong experience in cash management, banking operations, and financial controls, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent understanding of bank reconciliations, cash flow, payment processes, and daily cash positioning.
Confident working with large volumes of financial data and identifying and resolving discrepancies efficiently.
Strong Excel and finance-system skills, with the ability to analyse data and produce clear, accurate reporting.
