An established and growing accountancy firm in the Southwest is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Audit Manager to join its expanding audit teams based near Cheltenham and in Bristol. With over 500 professionals across multiple regional offices, the firm offers a supportive, people-first culture and a diverse client base spanning multiple sectors.

You will manage a portfolio of audit clients with turnovers ranging from £1m to £100m across a wide range of client sectors.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser on technical and commercial matters.
Take ownership of all aspects of service delivery, including remuneration planning and corporate group structures.
Support clients through corporate transactions (e.g., acquisitions, disposals, fundraising).
Contribute to business development activity by managing existing relationships and targeting new audit and non-audit opportunities.
You must be ACA / ACCA / CA Qualified with post qualification experience
Up-to-date technical knowledge, including UK GAAP, IFRSs, ISAs, and Companies Act legislation.
Confident in business development and client engagement.
A proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
