Are you an experienced Audit professional ready to take the next step into a leadership-focused role? We’re recruiting for an Audit Manager to join a highly regarded and growing accountancy practice based in Huddersfield, known for its supportive culture, modern approach, and excellent benefits.

The Role As Audit Manager, you will take responsibility for managing audit engagements from planning through to completion, while leading and developing a talented audit team.
Managing a diverse portfolio of audit clients across a range of sectors
Planning, reviewing, and finalising audit assignments
Leading on audit strategy, risk assessment, and technical matters
Managing, mentoring, and developing audit staff
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
Supporting partners with business development and practice growth initiatives
About You
ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Strong audit experience within an accountancy practice
Previous experience at Manager or Assistant Manager level
Excellent technical knowledge of UK audit and accounting standards
Confident leader with strong people management skills
Commercially minded with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
