The successful candidate will work across a varied portfolio of clients, taking ownership of audit and accounts assignments from planning through to completion. You’ll be given real autonomy and responsibility from day one, with the opportunity to build strong client relationships and mentor more junior members of the team. This role would suit someone who is either newly qualified or coming up to qualification, with a genuine interest in developing their career further within practice.

Planning, leading, and completing audit and accounts assignments across a varied client portfolio
Reviewing the work of junior team members and providing constructive feedback
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Identifying areas for added value and process improvement for clients
Assisting with the training and development of junior staff
Requirements
ACA or ACCA qualified, or nearing qualification
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical audit and accounts knowledge
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines effectively
