As an Associate Technical Services Engineer 1, you are the first line of defense for our customers worldwide. You will provide high-quality, real-time technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance to users of MongoDB Atlas, our fully managed cloud database service. This role is ideal for a fast learner who thrives in a high-paced, customer-centric environment and is passionate about solving complex technical challenges.

It's crucial that you ensure that questions are answered quickly and accurately and that our customers get the help they need. Responsibilities

Associate TSE 1’s will be successful in this role when they can execute the following strategic tasks/responsibilities

Real-Time Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via chat, ensuring rapid response times and maintaining high customer satisfaction

Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to MongoDB Atlas, including connectivity, performance tuning, authentication, back
