We are seeking an experienced and visionary Associate Director of Online Marketing to lead our online acquisition efforts across paid digital channels. This role is perfect for someone who combines strong analytical acumen with a deep understanding of creative optimisation and the evolving power of AI-driven automation. You will be a key driver of scalable growth and help Factor become the most trusted nutrition brand in Europe.
What you’ll do: The Recipe
Lead strategy, execution, and optimisation of digital performance campaigns (e.g. Search, Social, Display, Video) across multiple European markets.
Drive creative strategy in collaboration with brand and design teams to produce high-performing, locally resonant ad assets — test, iterate, and scale based on performance insights.
Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to brief/produce content, streamline workflows, enhance targeting, and maximise ROI.
Work with high-performing teams of channel managers and specialists, fostering a culture of experimentation, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Work cross-functionally with Data, CRM, Product, and Brand to align online marketing with broader customer lifecycle goals.
Translate campaign results into actionable insights and present learnings regularly to leadership stakeholders.
Continuously evaluate new channels, tools, and automation opportunities to stay ahead in the dynamic digital marketing landscape.
What you’ll bring: The Ingredients
7+ years of experience in performance marketing, with proven leadership in a fast-paced DTC or e-commerce environment.
