About the role: What’s in the Box
As Associate Director FP&A, you will lead the FP&A agenda for HelloFresh Benelux and Nordics, helping the business translate strategy into clear financial direction. You’ll guide a team of FP&A professionals across multiple countries and entities, shaping how we plan, forecast, and measure performance in a fast-growing, data-driven environment.
In this role, you will strengthen financial decision-making, simplify complex models, and act as a trusted partner to senior leaders across Marketing, Procurement, Logistics, Product, and Production. Your work will directly influence how we allocate resources, manage risk, and drive sustainable growth across the region.
What you’ll do: The Recipe
Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team, setting clear direction, priorities, and ways of working across Benelux and Nordics.
Own the end-to-end budget, forecast, and multi-year planning process, ensuring robust models, clear assumptions, and aligned outputs.
Partner closely with senior stakeholders across the business to challenge assumptions, highlight risks and opportunities, and support strategic and operational decisions.
Design and continuously improve FP&A frameworks, reporting, and tooling to deliver clear, actionable insights at scale.
Oversee financial performance management, including variance analysis, scenario planning, and investment/ROI evaluation.
Ensure high-quality financial data and smooth collaboration with Accounting and other Finance teams throughout the month-end and planning cycles.
Translate complex financial analysis into compelling narratives for leadership and board-level audiences.
What you’ll bring: The Ingredients
Extensive experience in FP&A, Controlling, or a similar strategic finance role, ideally in a complex, multi-entity or international environment.
Proven people leadership experience, with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
