What You'll Do as Assistant Manager

Take responsibility for the store, inspiring, leading, and developing a motivated and high-performing team.

Deliver outstanding, personalised customer service that reflects the brand's identity and values.

Lead the team to achieve sales, KPI, and profitability targets, identifying opportunities to maximise commercial performance.

Maintain consistently high standards across visual merchandising, presentation, and day-to-day operations.

Stock management, team rotas, health & safety, and company procedures.

Represent the brand with confidence, acting as a true ambassador for its style, values, and customer experience.
