Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and detail-oriented finance professional to join a well-established and growing property organisation. This Assistant Client Accountant role is ideally suited to someone with a solid background in transactional and property accounting who is keen to further develop their expertise within a professional and supportive environment.

Working as part of a friendly and collaborative finance team, you will play a key role in supporting the financial management of a diverse property portfolio. The position will involve overseeing day-to-day client accounting activities, supporting month-end processes, and managing both accounts payable and receivable functions. You will also liaise regularly with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing clear and accurate financial information while ensuring high standards of financial control are consistently maintained.

Skills and Experience Required

Proven experience within an accounts/finance role, ideally within the property sector.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

A self-motivated approach, with the ability to work autonomously and deliver results without close supervision.

Confident communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with both internal colleagues and external stakeholders.

What You Will Receive

A rewarding role within a stable and reputable property organisation where your contribution is recognised and valued.

A supportive and collaborative finance team, with opportunities for continued learning and professional development.

A competitive benefits package including pension scheme, cycle-to-work scheme, and gym membership options.

Exposure to a varied property finance function, offering strong opportunities for career progression within the role and the wider business.

Summary

This position is ideal for a finance professional seeking a well-rounded accounts role within the property sector, where their skills will be valued and their career development supported within a growing organisation.
