My client is looking for a driven, motivated character that is looking to gain exposure in to month end management & financial accounts whilst pursing their ACCA/CIMA. Description

Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements.

Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Process invoices, payments, and expense claims.

Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.

Provide support during audits and assist with audit preparation.

Contribute to improving financial processes and systems.

Profile

A successful Assistant Accountant should have

Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant, Assistant Accountant or Assistant Management Accountant role

Desire to study ACCA/CIMA

Passion for continuous development and improvement

Good attention to detail and accuracy in financial work.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Speaking a European language is preferred but not essential

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.

Job Offer

Competitive salary ranging from £30,000-£34,000

Hybrid working (3 days onsite, 2 days at home after training)
