About the opportunity
The position of Area Vice President, Mid-Market EMEA (f/m/d)is a critical leadership role within our EMEA Sales organisation, reporting directly to the SVP EMEA & APAC.
This role carries both first-line and second-line management responsibilities, leading a team of Mid-Market Sales Managers and their respective Account Executives. You will be responsible for building, scaling, and developing a high-performing regional sales organisation focused on organisations across EMEA with revenues between $100m and $1bn USD.
As a senior sales leader with a strong SaaS background, you will drive regional strategy, operational excellence, and consistent revenue growth across the Mid-Market segment. You will partner cross-functionally to accelerate pipeline generation, optimise go-to-market execution, navigate complex procurement cycles, and act as an executive stakeholder for strategic customers within your region.
As a quota-carrying leader, you own the regional forecast, proactively identify and mitigate risks, capitalise on opportunities, and continuously elevate performance through structured coaching, talent development, and strong sales leadership.
What to expect?
Lead and scale a growing Mid-Market sales organisation across EMEA, managing both Sales Managers and Account Executives
Drive new business acquisition and expansion across organisations with $100m–$1bn revenue
Define and execute the regional Mid-Market strategy aligned to broader EMEA & APAC objectives
Build repeatable, scalable processes and best practices to drive predictable revenue growth
Own regional forecasting, pipeline health, and quota attainment across multiple teams
Develop leadership capability within first-line managers through coaching and mentorship
Serve as senior point of escalation internally and in strategic customer engagements
Contribute to regional strategy through data-driven insights, performance metrics, and market intelligence
