We're recruiting an Area Manager for one of the world's most recognised consumer brands, known for developing future senior leaders. This is more than a multi-site role, it's a structured career pathway with genuine progression opportunities for ambitious, high-performing leaders.

You'll lead a portfolio of sites, coaching and developing managers, driving commercial performance, using data to improve results, and building high-performing teams in a fast-paced customer environment.

We're looking for

Multi-site leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a similar sector

A strong track record of coaching and developing teams

Commercial and analytical thinking

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ambition to progress into senior operational leadership
