The Role

As Area Manager/Director, no two days will look the same. You’ll be the driving force behind branch success, creating energy, momentum and results across your region. You will:

Lead, coach and develop Branch Managers and their teams to unlock top performance

Build engaged, motivated teams through smart recruitment, retention and development

Oversee regional P&L performance, ensuring targets are achieved and exceeded

Spot opportunities to grow market share and win new business

Support branches to overcome challenges and turn potential into performance

Champion high standards, strong culture and a winning mindset across every office

About You

You’re a natural leader with the credibility and ambition to inspire others. You’ll bring:

Proven experience leading high-performing teams in estate agency or a similarly target-driven environment

Strong commercial awareness with P&L responsibility

The confidence to influence, motivate and lead from the front

A track record of delivering growth and smashing targets

Energy, resilience and a passion for developing people
