⭐ Our Finance & Anaplan Centre of Excellence Team
As an Anaplan Support Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Anaplan platform and supporting our broader Centre of Excellence (CoE). Working directly alongside our Lead Solutions Architect, Model Builders, and the FP&A team, you will act as the key engine powering daily operations—managing change requests, facilitating user training, and getting hands-on with model building activities to enhance our financial planning ecosystem.
🔑 You’ll play a key role by…
Implementing Change Requests: Managing, triaging, and delivering end-to-end Change Requests across our Anaplan models to ensure seamless business operations.
Supporting Model Building: Collaborating closely with Lead Solutions Architect and Model Builders to assist in building, testing, and implementing new functionalities and enhancements.
Providing Training & Supporting End Users: Designing and delivering engaging training sessions and documentation to upskill end-users across FP&A and Finance Business Partner teams.
Maintaining & Optimising Models: Maintaining data integrity, managing user access, monitoring model performance, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
🤩 We’d love to hear from you if you have…
Anaplan Expertise: Hands-on experience supporting and maintaining Anaplan workspaces/models (Anaplan Level 2 Model Builder certification or equivalent is highly desirable).
Managed Change Requests & Supported Systems: Proven track record handling Change Requests, user support tickets, and system enhancements in a CoE or support structure.
Model Building Skills: Functional understanding of Anaplan model architecture and formula building, with the ability to assist in active model development.
Experience Training Users: Strong communication and facilitation skills, with a passion for training and empowering non-technical users on Anaplan functionality.
An Understanding of Finance: Solid foundational understanding of financial modelling, FP&A principles, or finance workflows.
AI Tooling: Familiarity with AI tools, including the ability to write effective prompts. You should demonstrate curiosity for how AI can be used to improve processes and solve problems more effectively.
Domain Experience: Banking or financial services experience is a bonus, but not essential! We will consider candidates from non-financial industries
