AI Solutions Lead (Insurance) - Leading LLM and AI platforms - London (Hybrid) - Up to £100,000

The role

You'll act as the go-to person for AI within the Development function, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Day to day, you'll be

Working with Development leadership to shape how AI is used across the team

Collaborating with teams across the business in hands-on, problem-solving sessions

Working within a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment, using leading AI and LLM tools

Looking at current development processes and identifying where AI can add real value

Driving prompt engineering and more modern, AI-led approaches to building and improving systems

What they're looking for

Experience within insurance or financial services (this doesn't need to be purely technical)

Hands-on prompt engineering experience

Experience working in a GCP environment (or strong exposure)

Someone who already has an AI-first mindset

Comfortable working with different teams and speaking to stakeholders

Confident enough to suggest ideas and improvements, not just follow instructions
