AI Solutions Analyst - (mostly remote with 1 day a week in London) - excellent opportunity!

Role

We are looking for an engaging & ambitious AI Solutions Analyst to help deliver AI-powered solutions. This role combines business analysis, AI prompt engineering, and testing/quality assurance. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their requirements, design effective AI prompts and workflows, and ensure delivered solutions meet customer expectations.

Skills & Experience

Commercial acumen / client-facing experience

Strong business analysis experience

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Experience working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini

Ability to assess AI-generated outputs critically and accurately

Experience in business analysis, QA/testing and solution delivery

Organised, detail-oriented, and customer-focused

Desirable

Change management / business adoption

Experience with prompt engineering

Familiarity with Agile delivery environments

Understanding of AI/LLM capabilities and limitations

Responsibilities

Gather and document customer requirements

Translate business needs into AI prompts and workflows

Test and validate AI outputs against requirements

Identify issues, edge cases, and improvement opportunities

Work with internal teams to refine and improve AI solutions

Support successful customer delivery and adoption
