AI Lead

£725 per day | Inside IR35 | 12-Week Contract | Liverpool or London (Minimum 1 Day Per Week On-Site)

We're looking for an experienced AI consultant to help explore how Generative AI can improve the way a large organisation reviews, maintains and updates its guidance and policy documentation.

This is a hands-on consultancy assignment where you'll assess the current landscape, identify opportunities for AI adoption, build practical prototypes, and provide clear recommendations on how AI-enabled document review capabilities could be implemented at scale.

Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll combine technical expertise with strong consultancy skills to demonstrate where technologies such as Microsoft Copilot and Azure OpenAI can deliver measurable benefits. What We're Looking ForEssential Experience

Proven experience applying AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to document-heavy business processes.

Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure OpenAI or similar enterprise AI platforms.

Experience designing and building lightweight AI prototypes and proof-of-concepts.

Strong prompt engineering and workflow automation skills.

Experience working with sensitive information and responsible AI frameworks.

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement within complex processes.

Previous experience delivering outcome-focused consultancy assignments.

Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.

Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and presentation skills.

Comfortable working independently and influencing senior stakeholders.

Day Rate: £725 per day

Hybrid Working: Minimum 1 day per week in the office
