In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in designing, building, and scale AI and automation solutions that eliminate manual work, enhance decision-making, and improve operational efficiency across enterprise processes, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do

AI & Automation Solution Delivery

Design and implement automation solutions (RPA, workflow automation, low-code platforms)

Develop AI use cases (agent assist, copilots, QA automation, document intelligence)

Build prototypes and production-ready automation solutions

Opportunity Identification

Identify automation and AI opportunities across business processes

Conduct feasibility assessments and ROI analysis

Prioritize automation pipeline in collaboration with business teams

Process & Solution Design

Collaborate with Process Excellence teams to redesign processes for automation

Ensure automation readiness of workflows

Translate business requirements into technical solutions

Deployment & Lifecycle Management

Deploy and maintain automation solutions

Monitor performance, stability, and adoption

Continuously optimize existing automation assets

Governance & Responsible AI

Ensure compliance with AI governance standards

Apply responsible AI principles
