We're looking for an experienced Acturis Systems & Operations Specialist to join a Leeds-based insurance business on an initial six-month fixed-term contract.
This is a hands-on delivery role. We're not looking for someone to produce reports or recommend improvements. We need someone who can quickly understand the operation, take ownership of problems, and implement practical solutions within Acturis and day-to-day insurance operations.
You'll work closely with operational teams to improve processes, resolve workflow issues, enhance data quality, and ensure the business is operating as efficiently as possible.

Take ownership of operational and systems improvements across the business.
Configure and optimise workflows within Acturis.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical solutions.
Improve data quality and system accuracy.
Support users with Acturis-related process improvements.
Investigate and resolve workflow and operational issues.
Work closely with stakeholders across operations to deliver improvements.
Ensure changes are implemented efficiently with minimal disruption to the business.
Essential Experience
Strong, hands-on experience using Acturis.
Background within an insurance broker or insurer.
Experience across insurance operations, systems or process improvement.
Proven ability to identify operational issues and implement solutions.
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Delivery-focused with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
