Accounts Senior Manager Keighley £65,000 - £80,000 per annum

Clark Wood is working with a well-established accountancy practice near Keighley that is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Client Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant with significant UK practice experience to take on a senior role with responsibility for a varied client portfolio, team supervision and senior-level client relationships.

The successful candidate will be ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified, with at least 15 years' recent experience within a UK accountancy practice. You will be confident managing client relationships, reviewing work and supervising a team of accountants.

Key Responsibilities

Managing and developing a portfolio of clients Acting as a senior point of contact for clients Supervising and supporting a team of at least four accountants Reviewing team members' work and maintaining high standards Preparing company and personal tax returns Preparing management accounts Preparing accounts for sole traders, partnerships, LLPs and limited companies Attending client meetings and carrying out client visits Managing workloads, deadlines and ad-hoc projects

Candidate Profile ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified Minimum 15 years' recent experience within a UK accountancy practice Excellent technical knowledge across a range of business structures Good knowledge of accounting software; CCH, Sage and Xero advantageous
