Accounts Semi Senior – This Role Is Ideal For This role is ideal for a Accounts Semi Senior who:

Has 3-4 years' experience preparing statutory accounts and wants a broader, more varied client portfolio

Is looking for a firm that will invest in their technical development, not just their billable hours

Wants day-to-day client contact and ownership, rather than sitting behind a screen all day

Accounts Semi Senior – Responsibilities Portfolio & Client Work

Prepare statutory accounts for a diverse portfolio of clients

Ensure financial records are accurate, complete and up to date

Liaise directly with clients to resolve queries in a timely manner

Technical Development

Build technical knowledge across a broad range of client types and sectors

Work closely with senior colleagues to develop review and advisory skills

Team & Communication

Support wider team deadlines and workflow during busy periods

Communicate clearly with colleagues and clients at all levels

Accounts Semi Senior – Requirements

3-4 years' experience in accounts preparation within practice

AAT qualified, part-qualified ACA/ACCA, or QBE considered

Comfortable managing a varied client portfolio independently

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Confident, clear communicator with clients and colleagues

Practice background essential
