A highly reputable and well-established organisation is looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join its finance team. Working as part of a busy finance team, you will lead and support the Accounts Receivable function, ensuring revenue is recorded accurately, processes are well controlled and payments are collected efficiently. You will oversee the AR team, manage daily revenue and reconciliation processes, monitor outstanding balances and act as the main point of contact for credit control. You will work closely with sales, operations and IT to resolve queries, improve processes, minimise financial risk and ensure the effective use of financial and operational systems. You will also support month-end and year-end reconciliations, external audit requirements, system improvements and the delivery of accurate financial reporting.
Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control or a similar finance role, with strong reconciliation experience.
Experience leading, developing and supporting an AR or finance team, with the ability to manage workloads and ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
Strong Excel and data analytical skills, with the ability to manipulate, analyse and interpret financial data and produce accurate reports.
Excellent systems experience, with the confidence to work across multiple financial and operational systems and support process improvements and system upgrades.
