Accounts Payable Clerk

Robert Half Finance & Accounting are currently supporting a business based in Avonmouth who are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their friendly team for a period of 3-4 months.

Role: Accounts Payable Clerk

Location: Avonmouth

Working hours & hybrid: 37.5 hours per week. 2 days per week working from home

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (DOE)

Duration: 3 months

Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities

Processing supplier invoices

Supplier statement reconciliations

Resolving queries and looking after shared inbox

Matching PO numbers

Skills/experience needed

Previous experience of processing invoices/purchase orders

High attention to detail

Willingness to learn

Team player

Computer literate
