Accounts Manager

Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accountant to join a well-established and growing accountancy practice we are working with.

What You’ll Be Doing: • Preparing and submitting year-end accounts and corporation tax returns.

• Managing a varied client portfolio including limited companies, sole traders and partnerships.

• Completing VAT returns, management accounts and cashflow forecasts.

• Preparing self-assessment tax returns and providing bookkeeping support.

• Reviewing junior staff work and building strong client relationships.

What We’re Looking For: • Minimum 5 years’ experience within an accountancy practice.

• Experience using Sage, QuickBooks, Xero and Excel.

• Strong technical knowledge across accounts and tax.

• Confident communicator with client-facing experience.

• Organised with the ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
