Adaptable Recruitment are working with an acquisitive business in Liverpool who is looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis for an approximate period of 4 months .
Salary and Benefits Up to £30000 per annum 35 hours a week ( 9-5 with an hour for lunch ) 25 days holidays + 8 bank holidays Free parking on site
Job Duties and Responsibilities Sales Order Processing
Set up new customers
Import Sales Orders
Create Sales Invoices
Distribute Invoices to Customer via email or portal upload
Cash Allocation
Dealing with Customer Queries
Purchase Order Processing
Set up new Suppliers
Import Purchase Order
Process all Purchase Invoices
Process Electronic Payment
Dealing with Supplier Queries
Reconcile Supplier Statements
Daily Cashbook Reconciliation
Process time sheet and expenses data for distribution to outsourcing company
Communicate with PM's to resolve any PO / SO queries
Various ad hoc duties as and when required by Finance Manager
Ideal experience
Previous accounts experience would be beneficial coupled with a high level of IT literacy, strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills .
