Our client is one of the Big 4 firms based in London, providing high-quality corporate accounting services to a broad portfolio of UK and international clients.

Their Accounting Services team delivers outsourced accounting solutions, helping organisations remain compliant while also providing valuable insight into their financial operations. What you will be doing as an Accounting Services Manager

Preparation of statutory financial statements (SFS)

Delivery of outsourced accounting services to a range of clients

Supporting clients through secondments where additional resource is required

Bookkeeping and preparation of periodic management accounts

Managing and overseeing the preparation of statutory accounts for international clients

Providing advisory support on

Statutory accounting and compliance requirements

Improvements to financial reporting processes and cycles

What you will need to succeed as an Accounting Services Manager

ACA or ACCA qualified (or international equivalent)

Strong technical accounting knowledge with the ability to work from first principles

Good working knowledge of UK GAAP / IFRS, with some awareness of US GAAP

Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting systems

Experience working in practice or a client-facing environment

Highly organised and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced setting

Proven ability to supervise, coach, and develop junior team members
