What you’ll bring
ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Experience within an Accountancy Practice / Business Services environment
Strong communication and client relationship management skills
Proven ability to lead, coach and develop team members
Commercial mindset with an interest in business development
Proactive approach with the drive to contribute to practice growth
Comfortable working in a fast-growing and evolving environment
