Join Our Client's Team as an Accountant!

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Accountant to join our client's team in Bromley! If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for numbers this could be your next big opportunity!

Location: Bromley, Greater London Contract Type: Permanent, Full- time role, fully office based

Salary Range: £35,000 - £40,000, depending on your experience

Required

Experience working on Xero

Degree / Qualification or equivalent in Finance / Accounting

What You'll Do: As an Accountant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of their financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting our external accountants with year-end accounts preparation and reconciliations

Raising purchase orders, quotations, and invoices

Onboarding new suppliers and clients

Completing credit account applications

Dealing with finance/compliance-related enquiries

What Our Client Is Looking For: They are specifically looking for candidates with strong practical experience across:

Reconciliation of transactions (bank & credit card)

Payroll processing (PAYE and NEST administration)

VAT returns

HMRC liaison

Year-end accounts

Audit preparation / dealing with external auditors

Balance sheet reconciliations

Management accounts support/reporting

Multi-currency transactions

AP/AR and credit control
