Description

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.

Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards in the insurance sector.

Reconcile accounts and manage financial discrepancies effectively.

Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support business planning.

Analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes.

Prepare and submit tax returns and other statutory filings.

Support audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.

Profile

A successful Accountant should have

Part-Qualified or studying towards ACA / ACCA / CIMA.

Experience working within the insurance sector is essential.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

Job Offer

Competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £60,000, dependent on the level of experience.
