We are looking for a skilled and commercially minded Management Accountant / senior Accountant to join the growing team of an expanding Tax & Accounts Boutique!

This is a hands on role which involves interacting with clients and being involved in a dynamic growing team!

Your responsibilities will include -

Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts for a portfolio of clients

Develop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow projections

Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations

Work closely with clients to understand their businesses and support strategic planning

Assist with year-end processes and liaise with tax and compliance teams

Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting systems

You will need -

ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified

Proven experience in management reporting and financial forecasting

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

Confident communicator with the ability to build client relationships

Experience working in practice or a multi-client environment is highly desirable

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks) and Excel
