Job Description

Internal Sales / Account Manager – Fast-Paced Team + Real Earning Potential

We are currently working on a brilliant opportunity with a fast-growing, high-performing business based in Leeds.

They are looking for an Internal Account Manager to join their team — and it’s ideal for someone who thrives in a busy, sales-driven environment and enjoys building relationships with customers daily.

This is not a quiet, sit-back account management role — it’s high energy, high activity, and highly rewarding.

You’ll be

Partnering with a field-based sales rep to manage a live customer base

Speaking to customers all day — calls, emails, WhatsApp

Driving business by quoting, chasing, upselling and re-engaging accounts

Booking around 10 appointments per day for your field counterpart

Acting as the go-to contact for your customers

Has experience in sales, account management, or a phone-based role

Package & benefits

£30,000–£40,000 salary depending on experience

Profit share scheme (real additional earning potential)

Modern office in Leeds

Free lunch on Fridays

21 days holiday + your birthday off

Laptop & phone provided

8am–5pm, Monday to Friday
