Account Manager
£35-40k plus bonus
Full-time 37.5 hours per week

Join this global leader as an Account Manager. As an Account Manager, you will be instrumental in managing and expanding relationships with their prestigious clients, including major UK brands.
Provide customer sales support and manage tasks such as stock management, sales order processing, and organising order fulfilment.
Act as the main point of contact for significant customers, ensuring excellent service and support.
Support Field Sales Executives by supplying quotations, organising delivery of samples, and coordinating new product designs and artwork changes.
Manage the critical path for product launches, ensuring all customer requirements are met within manufacturing lead times.
Liaise with various departments including design, artwork, and finance to ensure smooth project management and timely delivery.
Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM/ERP system to ensure timely and complete customer deliveries.
Proactively seek repeat orders by maintaining regular contact with customers and anticipating their needs.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a business-to-business customer service role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in email correspondence.
Strong numerical abilities and proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Highly organised, flexible, and dependable with strong organisational skills.
Collaborative team player with the ability to form effective relationships both internally and externally.
Capable of working autonomously and driving projects forward with limited supervision.
Assertive and capable of taking a balanced approach with customers.
Experience in the food retail sector, particularly with fibre-based products, is desirable but not essential.
