Are you an ambitious Account Manager looking to develop your career within a growing technology business?

We are partnering with a rapidly expanding software and managed technology provider seeking a commercially driven Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers whilst identifying new business opportunities across the UK market.

This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys combining account development, customer success and new business activity to drive revenue growth and long-term client partnerships.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, building strong stakeholder relationships and identifying opportunities to increase revenue through upselling, cross-selling and contract renewals.

Key responsibilities include

• Managing and developing relationships with key customer stakeholders
• Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
• Identifying opportunities to expand software and technology service adoption
• Driving contract renewals and recurring revenue growth
• Creating account plans to maximise customer value and engagement
• Conducting regular customer review meetings
• Working closely with delivery, technical and support teams to ensure successful outcomes
• Maintaining accurate CRM records, forecasts and pipeline activity
• Contributing to customer retention and satisfaction initiatives
• Generating new business opportunities and winning new logo customers

About You

We're looking for an individual who can blend strong relationship management skills with a commercial mindset.

You will ideally have

• 3+ years' experience in Account Management, Customer Success or B2B Sales
• Experience within a software, SaaS or technology-led environment
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• A proven track record of growing customer accounts and achieving revenue targets
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Microsoft Dynamics
• A proactive, self-motivated and customer-centric approach
• The ability to engage and influence stakeholders at multiple levels

Desirable Experience

• SaaS or subscription-based software sales
• SMB account management
• Software implementation, onboarding or customer success experience
• Exposure to sectors such as charity, retail or public sector organisations
