Account Manager

Location: Birmingham, office-based Contract: Full-time, permanent Salary: Up to £35,000 + uncapped commission OTE: £50,000+ Package & Benefits

Up to £35,000 basic salary

Uncapped commission with strong earning potential

Role Overview

We're looking for ambitious Account Managers to join a growing sales team, managing investor relationships, driving trading activity and supporting customers through the buying and selling process. This is a high-activity, phone-based role where you'll manage a mix of inbound investor enquiries and proactive follow-ups. You'll build long-term relationships with clients, respond to market movements and generate revenue through strong pipeline management. This is not cold, transactional selling - it's about building trust, understanding customer investment goals and converting warm opportunities into trading activity. Key Responsibilities

Build and manage your own pipeline of investor relationships

Support customers with buying and selling precious metals

Manage inbound enquiries and convert opportunities into revenue

Generate trading activity through outbound calls and follow-ups

Discuss pricing, premiums and market movements confidently

Identify opportunities to grow client portfolios

Promote wider services including storage and portfolio solutions

Monitor economic trends and precious metals markets

Maintain accurate CRM records

Work closely with internal teams to deliver a strong customer experience

Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and trading targets

Skills & Experience

2+ years' experience in sales, account management, trading, investment or financial services

Experience in financial services, investment, precious metals or HNW customer environments would be beneficial

Target-driven, competitive and commercially aware

Confident discussing pricing, markets and financial concepts

Strong communicator with the ability to build trust quickly

Resilient and comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-led environment

Strong attention to detail

Comfortable using CRM systems, Excel and sales data

Interest in financial markets, economics or investment is advantageous
